Wellness On The Water with Chatham Yoga – May 17th, 2 – 6 PM

Join us Saturday May 17th for an afternoon of health, wellness and connection on Pleasant Bay. Featuring  yoga, healing and meditation by Chatham Yoga, a wood fired sauna and cold plunge by Sweat Sauna Cape Cod and locally sustainably sourced food and beverage by Nicole Cormier of Delicious Living Nutrition. The cost is $100.00 per person and space is limited. A wonderful way to spend a spring afternoon on the gorgeous campus of PBCB.

Workshop: Create Marine Debris Piping Plover Art with Sarah Thornington – May 14th, 5 – 7 PM

$20 per artist

Join us to create a Piping Plover out of marine-debris and post-consumer waste – including a retired sail from PBCB! We’ll also talk a little about the superpowers of Piping Plovers and our plastic pollution problems while creating our art.

Sarah is a conservation artist & teacher who works mainly with marine-debris she finds during cleanups and other re purposed items. She shows her work and teaches locally and throughout New England.

Spring Sailing Workshops: Brush up your skills, afternoons June 2nd – 5th!

Get yourself ready for the 2025 sailing season at PBCB! Join Catboat Director Suzanne and Waterfront Director Matt for 4 different workshops the afternoons of June 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th. Our goal is to offer an opportunity to brush up and to strengthen various skillsets before the summer season. Topics to be covered will be rigging, heavy weather sailing, moorings and a racing review.  A perfect way to start the season!

Family Science Night: next date TBA!

PBCB is excited to expand our Marine Science program by offering a Family Science Night! Kids, parents, and relatives alike are welcome to attend this 1-hour evening program hosted by our Science Coordinator in the Hillside Classroom. These nights of scientific discovery will include exploring vertebrates and invertebrates, learning tectonic plates and chemistry through the building (and exploding!) of volcanoes, and creating “sea-slime” to test the properties of water.

This program is appropriate for ages 4+ and their families. The cost is $20 per family (up to 4 people). Pre-registration is required through MyRec.


3rd Annual Sandpiper Invitational: September 5-7, 2025

This is open to all Sandpiper sailors and owners, around Pleasant Bay and beyond.
